108 Anchor Bands were tactfully designed to assist athletes in creating stability in their movements by subconsciously forcing the athlete to keep tension in the bands by anchoring their feet in the ground to keep space between their legs during athletic movements such as hitting, throwing, shuffling, and waterbag training.
Guaranteed to eradicate a back foot spinning, a player that flies open, lunges or doesn’t know how to “use their legs” properly. 108 Anchor Bands were created to help every player explore what it feels like to maintain a back foot anchor in the form that is best for them.
